REGGIE FARIA
I am 41 years old and was born and raised in Holland. After my 10 years career as a professional football player, I have been working as a fitness instructor, group lessons instructor and personal trainer since 10 years.
I strongly believe that movement and nutrition is the basic of a human body. As a highly motivated personal trainer with a strong personality, I support my clients in achieving their goals to stay or get fit and healthy or to improve their general performance.
With my 11 years of experience as a professional football player, I am used to function with a goal-focused mindset. I give my clients meaningful advices and powerful motivation to be able to achieve a solid and healthy work-life balance, with an eye for not only the physical but also the overall wellbeing of my clients.
As a certified Mylogenics™ practitioner, I have the required facilities for injury treatment according to the Mylogenics™ method of Overload Worldwide™. With the techniques of Mylogenics™ Rehab, Activation and Release, I can help my clients to neutralize adhesions and solve injuries.
