Online Personal Training is suitable for persons who would like to be coached in achieving their goals, but don't have the time, money or need for a physical personal trainer.

An online coaching program includes the training program, video or phone calls with your personal trainer to discuss the progress, a nutrition plan and contact moments for any questions via text messages.

Black Package

The basic option "Black"  includes:

* Training program

* Nutrition plan

* 1 video or phone call per week with your personal trainer (determine the available time slot in advance).

* Questions via text message are answered within 24 hours

Red PackagE

The upgraded option "Red" includes:

* Training program  

* Nutrition plan

* 3 video or phone calls per week with your personal trainer (determine your preferred time slots in advance).

* Questions via text message are answered within 12 hours
