First of all, I test the spots where your body stores fat. I do this by using a measurement technique called Skinfold testing. That's a capillary measurement on 12 points of your body (chin, cheek, triceps, chest, mid-axillary, supra illiac, umbilical, subscapular, quadriceps, knee, calf, hamstrings). After this, you will receive a questionnaire about symptoms that you may encounter in daily life. Based on the results, I will compile a personal profile with the best advice about training, nutrition, lifestyle and the use of supplements.
